LeaseTool
Managing store leases can be an extremely complicated task because typically multiple store lease terms will vary. Rent increases, sales reporting, renewal dates all must be managed on a store by store basis. Until now, most companies put all of this information in a spreadsheet and manually searched the spreadsheet for the next change. If any changes were missed, a friendly letter from the property management company could be expected.
Now there's LeaseTool! LeaseTool replaces the complexity of a spreadsheet by giving a visual presentation of what changes are up and coming. LeaseTool tracks changes in rent, sales reporting, insurance information, and renewal requirements. LeaseTool not only shows the information on a fully customizable calendar, but it can generate reports on demand or in a scheduled time frame for future delivery to a printer, a file, or in email form.
