Toolbar Commands |
In this section you will find a brief explanation of the all of the toolbar commands along with your "Common Tasks"," Environment Commands", and "Outlook Automation" commands found on your "Home" environment.
Main Toolbar
Along with context menus, toolbar commands are the quickest way to effectively work within your proNETDOCS environment.
Main Toolbar
Sub commands allow you to create new files and add them to the database.
Sub commands allow you to search for files within the database.
My Internet Explorer back button. It allows you to go back while browsing the web.
My Internet Explorer forward button. It allows you to go forward to a web page.
My Internet Explorer refresh button. It allows you to refresh your browser.
My Internet Explorer stop button. It allows you to stop your web browser.
My Internet Explorer home button. It allows you to browse to your home page.
My Internet Explorer web search button. I allows you to search the web.
Show/Hide office toolbars. Toggle office application toolbars.
Print active office document. While in quick edit preview, it allows you to print the active document.
Email active office document. While in quick edit preview, it allows you to email the active document.
Change your environment views. The dropdown options allows you to change environment views.
Refresh all data views. It refreshes all data views in your working environment.
Display application help. This toolbar button displays the online help.
Allows you to exit the application. This command gives you a quick exit out the application.
