A. Simply described, proNETDOCS® is a Document Management System (DMS) capable of handling your file management needs across domains. Further, it can be described as a starting point for your document-production applications. In addition to managing your files, proNETDOCS® utilizes automation to accomplish a number of tasks as they relate to the applications proNETDOCS® interacts with.
A. proNETDOCS® automates other applications such as Microsoft® Internet Explorer, the Microsoft® Office XP suite of applications-- Outlook® Word®, Excel®, and PowerPoint®. Additionally, proNETDOCS® supports the Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF) and all popular image formats used on the Internet, including the popular fax image format-- Tagged Image File Format (TIFF). proNETDOCS® gives you a great deal of flexibility when it comes to managing your documents.
