K-Jon was started in 1986 to develop and market comprehensive, yet inexpensive, vehicle management software for both home and business use. Our flagship products were DOS versions of our Vehicle Record System™ and the Fleet Vehicle Record System™.

Our current products run under all versions of Windows. Our Home Edition will track maintenance and expenses for seven vehicles and our Business and Fleet Editions will track all of your vehicles.

Differences Between The Different VRS Editions

• The Fleet Edition, while it does not have a physical limit to the number of vehicles you can track, is probably more suited for a maximum of around a couple hundred vehicles. It includes a group name field to group your vehicles so that you can run most reports for the entire group at one time. You can have as many groups as you want.  $149.95 Download - $161.95 CD
• The Business Edition also does not have a physical limit to the number that you can track but is probably more suited for a couple dozen. When you get above 20 or so, you need to decide how much your time is worth - do you want to spend the extra time running reports by each individual vehicle or pay a little extra for the Fleet Edition so that you can run them in one pass.  $74.95 Download - $86.95 CD
