Step through a structured process that will prepare you
for identifying and analyzing the key players and the
role of each one of them in the sale.
Sales Expert is a sales planning and reporting tool at
the first place. It helps organizations manage its
customers records through categorizing information
into four main categories:
1. Companies: including company name, address, telephone
and fax numbers, activities, and other special
comments.
2. Projects: including project name, code, to which
company it belongs, and other special comments.
3. Subprojects: including name, code, to what project it
belongs, type, size, milestones, and other special
comments.
4. People: including name, to which company he/she
belongs, job title, some personal information, and other
special comments.

Tailor your approach per customer's
personality profile
Through its state-of-the-art Personality Profile module,
Sales Expert will help you uncover what each person
involved in the sale wants and needs. Youll then be
able to tailor your sales strategy to meet their behavior
and influence their decision.
The input to the Personality Profile section is answers
to some questions about each person involved in the sale.
These answers are entered through a visual, user-friendly
interface. Upon entering these answers, tactics to
approach this person are suggested.
Do not wait for periodic
reports anymore
Full set of reports is available upon request. Reports
illustrate all needed info about companies, projects,
subprojects, and people regarding their personal
information and their contribution to subprojects. Also,
suggested tactics depending on personality analysis are
considered in the reports. These reports are on-demand
reports, meaning that they are available whenever
demanded.
