Sales Master is a down-sized version of Sales Expert. It helps retail sales people like insurance sales agents identify their customer's personality profile thus adapt sales tactics per customer.

Sales Master not only helps you identify your customer's personality profile, but it also suggests proper tactics to approach him with. As a result, you’ll be able to tailor your sales tactics to meet his/her behavior and influence the purchase decision.

The input to the Personality Profile section from the user is answers to some questions about the customer. These answers are entered through a visual, user-friendly interface. Upon entering these answers, tactics to approach this person are suggested.
