FORMATING ANY REPORT USING STYLE TEMPLATES
Style templates are the ideal tool to transform the reports produced by your corporate or ERP software into totally personalized documents before printing them, sending them by E- mail or Fax, or saving them on disk.

They offer the possibility of remapping the relevant data of the original reports into specific fields of the final document and the opportunity of personalizing the design, inserting style objects such as headers, footers, tables, text, images, autoshapes, descriptive text, etc...

A style template is a model document that you create with MS Word and customize inserting the style objects that you desire, and where you can preserve zones for data that will receive the relevant information from the original report, when the exportation is being performed.

Each document defined as style template is stored in a location that you freely choose, accessible from your computer to be reused as many times you need to perform your exportations.

INTEGRACION
As a data source, FCP Office Link uses ASCII format files making it compatible with the majority of the software of the market. Also, it can be integrated and executed automatically from any system that offers the possibility to run external programs.
