Report Bug

To Add Bug or Feature

  • Add Bug - Click Add Bug button on toolbar or select Add Bug command for Bug menu.
  • Add Feature - Click Add Feature button on toolbar or select Add Feature command for Bug menu.
  1. Enter description, select Severity, Priority, Reproductive and Classification in the combo boxes.
  1. Click Report Tag on the dialog to Enter Report for this bug if applicable.
  1. Click Recreate Step Tag on the dialog to record the steps to reproduce the bug.
  1. Click Workaround Tag on the dialog to record the workaround for this bug if applicable.
  1. Click Attachment Tag on the dialog if you have any attachment to add.

Can I install many copied of Bug Tracker on more than one computers. 
No, you can't. You can install only one licensed copy on only one computer, but you are free to install trail copy to multiple computers.
Will I get free software updates?
Yes, it's free when you get minor updates, for example from 2.1 to 2.2, while you have to pay when update to 3.0. You may get a discount when updating, please check our web site for latest information.
What happens after I send in the order?
