1.Createa Database Connection.

Select Data->Database Connection->New Database Connection.

Select the Kind of Database you want to Connection.

It Support Personal Database and Client-Server Database.

If Database is Access:

Select "Microsoft Jet 3.5/4.0 Ole DB Provide". Click Next.

If Database is SQL Server:

Select "Microsoft OLE DB For SQL Server".

2.Createa DataRecord.

3.Createa DataLink. 

Drag the Fields to worksheet.

4.CreateData View.

Select View->Data View.

Database Connection - Quick Start

 

Select Database driver:

Access:

1.if database is "access", then you select "Microsoft Jet 3.5/4.0 OLE DB Provider".

Click Next.

2.Select the Database and input database's information.

 

SQL SERVER

1.1.if database is "SQL SERVER", then you select "Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server".

Click Next.

2.Select Name of Server.

3.Input information of log in.

4.Select Database of Server. Click OK.

1.Add Table/View

Right-Click on the top space.

The Add Table/View Dialog display.

Select table/view you need.

 

2.Add field

Select the field of Table/view.

 

3.Select Order

If you want field order by. Select Order Column.

 

4.set conditions

Get the field that accord to conditions.

5.create link

Dray the field of table to another field of table.

You can Print all data in dataview.

1.change view to dataview

2.Select Area then select file-->Set Print Area--> Select Print Area.

3.Page Setup. File->Page Setup to set page's parameters.
