| How do I change the sort
order? On both list pages you can sort the list by clicking the small icon beside the list name at the top of the list, or you can make a custom sort by selecting CTRL+S and select the fields you want to sort.. Some of my records have disappeared. Are the data lost? They are probably just hidden (omitted). If you have the Status Area open : Look at the left side of the screen where the book is in the grey area. If the Status Area is hidden you can make it visible by going to the Customizing pages and change the status of the Status Area. Without changing the program layout you can just hit CTRL+J to show all records. On all list pages you can also click the "Find All" or "Show All" to see them. Can I use keyboard command when working with Movie Catalogue? Yes you can. Open the help menu to find a complete set of commands you can use. The program is locked. I cannot add any new customers or change in the data I already have inserted. You must be working with a demo. Register the program.. The update function do not import all my records from the old version. Open the old version and click CTRL+J to find all records - you need to do this on all pages. Close the program. Go to the location where you have installed the old program and copy all the files ending with .USR. Go to the location of the new program and enter the OLD folder that was made when you installed the program. Add the USR files to this location. Open the new CustomerBase and go to the Update page (Customizing » Update) and first empty the database. The click Convert Files » when finished click "Import Data" » when finished all your old data should be imported correctly. Please read the guidline carefully to make sure to do the import correctly. |
