Morovia Extended Update and Support Service (EUSS)
Every Software product we sell comes with a standard 180-day technical support through
phone and email. If you need extended technical support please purchase this service. EUSS
includes the following benefits: (1)Unlimited telephone and email access to Morovia
technical support engineers. In addition to answering installation and usability
questions, our support engineers also answers questions related to barcode knowledge and
application integration. (2) Delivery of new releases, including CDs, bug fixes, product
enhancements and new documentation.
There are two type of EUSS. End-User EUSS answers questions related to product
installation and usability. General barcode knowledge and applications questions are also
answers. If programming is needed, for example, application integration or software
solution, a developer EUSS is needed. We provide EUSS to all our Fontware and components
products.
Two license options are available when you purchase EUSS. One is single user, which
applies to one user/developer. The corporate license applies to maximum three people per
company.
To purchase an EUSS, you must input your previouse order ID and product ID. Please have
them ready before filling the form.
